Position : SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and organised person to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department. 

Duties

• Manage and track potential customers on the company database
• Manage customer visit appointments
• Greet customers, answer telephone calls/emails, make follow-up calls
• Coordinate and assist with open-house showings
• Prepare forms and documents
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
• Prepare sales reports
• Assist with closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile for job ad : SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• Degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong numerical skills
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda

• Experience with online database software / CRM systemsOther Qualities:
