Position : SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and organised person to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department.

Duties

Manage and track potential customers on the company database
Manage customer visit appointments
Greet customers, answer telephone calls/emails, make follow-up calls
Coordinate and assist with open-house showings
Prepare forms and documents
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Prepare sales reports
Assist with closing procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

Degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or related field
Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong numerical skills
Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
