Position : SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and organised person to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department.
Duties
- Manage and track potential customers on the company database
- Manage customer visit appointments
- Greet customers, answer telephone calls/emails, make follow-up calls
- Coordinate and assist with open-house showings
- Prepare forms and documents
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Prepare sales reports
- Assist with closing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required profile for job ad : SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical skills
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda

- Experience with online database software / CRM systemsOther Qualities:
